The Regional Boards serve as resources for the chapters within each designated region.  The Regional Board Members oversee administrative tasks and assist the Grand Chapter Board with operational activities, allowing GCB to focus on national issues.  They assist and represent the chapters within their region and report directly to the GCB.  The board positions include:

    * Regional Vice President
    * Regional Administrative Officer
    * Regional Intake Officer
    * Regional Expansion Officer
    * Regional Graduate Delegate
    * Regional Undergraduate Delegate

The current breakdown of regions follows NALFO’s regionalization model. The Regional Board is especially crucial in those regions where CUS currently has no presence and the members can focus specifically on expansion in those areas.   This allows our chapters to be aligned to our umbrella organization’s activities and governance as the organization continues to develop.  The breakdown of states in each region are as follows:

      Region I                            NY, ME, CT, RI, NH, VT, MA, North NJ (From Nu Chapter North)

      Region II                            PA, DE, MD, DC, VA, WV, OH, South NJ (From Alpha Chapter South)

      Region III                          MN, IA, MO, WI, IL, IN, KY, MI

      Region IV                           AR, MS, LA, GA, AL, NC, SC, TN, FL, Caribbean

      Region V                            MT, WY, CO, NM, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX

      Region VI                          AK, WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, HI, ID, UT

Our Regional Boards host a number of annual events for leadership development, sister bonding, and team building activities.

Sisterhood Conference: A daylong conference consisting of workshops geared towards enhancing our members’ skills in all aspects of the sorority, including personal, academic and professional development.

Summer Picnic: Our annual Summer Picnic brings together sisters, friends and family for a day of pure fun and relaxation. Usually held in a public park, this event includes fun activities for all to enjoy.

Sisterhood Retreat:
Sisters come together for a weekend retreat at a secluded location to foster the social aspects of our sorority including empowerment, communication, team and trust building.
